The 3-Step Approach to Your Event Video
Every event has its own story, and my approach ensures your video captures it clearly and effectively. I focus on the elements that make your event shine: Voxpops, B-roll, and Music.
1. Voxpops
Voxpops are short, on-camera interviews that give key stakeholders a voice in your event video. Using a tailored set of questions, we guide participants to provide the insights that form the narrative of the final video.

Our core question structure covers context (“Who are you and what do you do?”), event insights (“What are we doing here today?”), value (“Why is that so important?”), and future casting (“What excites you about the future?”). Additional questions can be added to reflect the specifics of your event, ensuring the soundbites capture the information that matters most.
2. B-Roll
B-Roll is the supporting footage that brings your event video to life. It captures the varied moments and details throughout a corporate event — from the venue and decor to people, interactions, outfits, and everything in between. These shots serve a crucial purpose: they glue the soundbites together, creating a seamless, engaging video that flows naturally and keeps viewers immersed.

3. Music
The right music sets the pace and style of your event video, enhancing the energy, tone, and overall experience. All tracks are fully licensed for unlimited individual commercial and client use, including paid ads, and come with unlimited video clearance for YouTube URLs and codes. This ensures your video not only feels dynamic and engaging but is also fully compliant and ready to share across all platforms.
