Let's Roll DCS

Let’s Roll DCS was an immersive event held in recognition of the International Day of People with Disability, designed to build empathy, awareness, and inclusion within the workplace. Through hands-on wheelchair basketball experiences, participants gained firsthand insight into the daily challenges, resilience, and adaptability of people with disability, prompting meaningful reflection on accessibility, inclusive design, and collaboration. The event reinforced the importance of diversity and lived experience in creating workplaces and services that are representative, respectful, and inclusive of the communities they serve.
